Choosing one of our standard designs without modifications?
Once your order is placed through our website, in-store with an advisor, over the phone, or through any other channel, our manufacturing process begins. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the item(s), we offer CREDIT NOTES ONLY. If you struggle to decide on a replacement, we can issue a credit note code valid on our website for six months. Please be aware that after this period, the code will expire, and the credit will be forfeited. However, if you receive a faulty order, we are more than willing to repair or replace the garment with a brand new one.Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate requests beyond this timeframe. For returns, customers are responsible for covering postage costs. Ensure the goods reach us, and purchase new postage before we can reship your item(s). If a promotion, discount, or offer becomes available after your order placement, unfortunately, it does not apply to exchanged items.*This clause does not affect your Statutory Rights*
