Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order (unused and sealed) within 14 days of receiving goods without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed promptly and, in any case, within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
