1. Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. You can use the cancellation form provided on our website, or you may submit any other clear statement expressing your decision to cancel. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

a. Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized. b. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. c. Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

In the event that the goods you receive are faulty or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact our customer service team within a reasonable time from the discovery of the fault or misdescription to arrange for the return and resolution of the issue.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed promptly and, in any case, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
