We're excited to let you know that all our deliveries come with handy tracking and delivery confirmation. Once your order is ready to go, we'll send it your way based on the service provided in the table below.

If your tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't got your hands on them yet, don't worry! First things first, reach out to your local courier, look around your place for safe spots, and have a chat with your household and neighbours.
Before reaching out to us, give it 24 hours from the estimated delivery date, just in case there are any carrier delays.
It's essential to double-check that you've got the right delivery address before hitting that order button. If you've had some hiccups with lost packages before, consider using a different, reliable address like your workplace to make sure your parcels land safely.
Now, about the time it takes for your order to get to you:
PROCESS & SHIPPING TIME
After placing your order, give us up to 10 business days to get it all sorted, as all orders are custom. In addition, because they're made just for you, they're not covered by our Refund & Refund Policy. And, hey, the processing times might vary, so plan accordingly. However, where your order is already in stock, the times stated in the table above apply.
We recommend advance planning, especially if you're in a rush for a special occasion (we recommend at least 20 business day prior). If your delivery takes a bit longer than usual, check for any local hiccups. Once it's on its way, we're in the hands of the carriers. Please keep in mind that during busy times or events out of our control (like the pandemic), delays might happen.
Once everything is good to go, we'll shoot you an email with the estimated delivery date. Just hang tight until then.
NOT GOING TO BE AT HOME?
Wondering if you need to be home for the delivery? While it's preferred if someone can sign for it, don't stress if that's not possible. Simply notify our delivery pals in advance to ensure that you do not miss your delivery. Although we cannot provide an iron-clad guarantee, our delivery pals will leave a card (in most cases) with options like leaving it with a neighbour, in a safe spot, setting up a re-delivery date, or giving you the lowdown on how to pick it up.
