At ANNSHAIR, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hair products. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or needs. In such cases, we have a clear and straightforward return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
RETURN
If you wish to return an item or wig, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us. Please reach out to our customer service team through our website or by email, and they will guide you through the return process.
For a successful return, it is important that the item or wig is in a new state, free from any cuts or alterations, without any makeup residue and free from signs of usage. We kindly ask that you handle the product(s) with care and keep it in its original packaging if unsatisfied with your purchase until you decide to return it. Any purchase that is deemed to be used by our team will invalidate your claim for a return and possible refund.
All products to be returned will be received by mail, we will provide you with a label via email to download and use.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within a reasonable time frame. Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

All refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to complete from when we have confirmed a successful return product(s).
EXCHANGE
1.Applications must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s).2. Any request of changing your goods beyond 7 days since receiving will not be accepted.3. The product should be replaced by something equal.4. Customers will be required to cover the price difference if exchange for a greater value and also the shipping costs.5.Damaged items are ineligible for exchange policy.

FAILED DELIVERIES/ REFUSED SHIPMENTS/ INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays, we are not responsible for extra fees or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.
